JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of childcare worker, you will be part of a team that works together based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the team, you will work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a childcare education. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and share the preschool's focus. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an adaptable approach. A positive attitude is essential. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
